Food Drying Seminar

On Tuesday, September 1, a food-drying seminar was held in the cultural hall. There were around 25 people in attendance. A presentation was made by Charlotte P. Brennand, Extension Food Science Specialist for USU. Below are a couple of documents that summarize the presentation.
